Talking into consideration special features of your production and raw materials we may offer you pasta inserts which can make the same shape (type), but may vary on: 

• Wall thickness;
• Ridges quantity;
• Type of ridges;
• Forming part of insert.

Depending on diameter and purpose pasta is produced in different insert diameters from 8mm till 54 mm. Varieties of ridges pasta are presented in inserts:

• Wide ridges;
• Thin ridges;
• Macaroni with diagonal ridges (diagonal ridges – ridges twine pasta)

 For different tasks we offer inserts with single forming hole and several forming holes for pasta production:

• inserts with single forming hole – one pasta is made from one insert;
• inserts with several forming holes – several pastas are made from one insert;

For example, to produce penne pasta (penne), only insert with single forming hole is used, which has air channel, if necessary, and the product itself is cut at an angle by penne-cutter.

But for the production of long-cut pasta, we offer both pasta inserts with single forming hole and several forming holes. For the production of long-cut pasta, inserts necessarily have air channel to prevent the air accumulation inside the product.
