Vermicelli is one of the most popular and unpretentious in production type of pasta. Almost all pasta producers manufacture short-cut and long-cut vermicelli in all possible variants - vermicelli-net, vermicelli, spaghetti and sago (couscous).
Vermicelli-net – is short-cut vermicelli. Mainly, this pasta product has diameter from 0.7 mm till 1.2 mm. Vermicelli-net is good for children and soups.
Spaghetti – long-cut vermicelli (ital. spaghetti) one of the most popular pasta is well-deservedly loved all over the world.
Thicker vermicelli, in diameter from 1.8 to 2.3 mm in the category "amateur" - a universal type, is used for both the first dishes and garnishes.

For the production of short-cut vermicelli we offer pasta inserts in diameter from 12 mm till 45 mm.
For the production of long-cut vermicelli we offer pasta inserts in diameter from 8mm till 12 mm – such type of inserts usually does not have step.
The construction of insert forming part differs. We offer pasta inserts "classic" - from the side of pasta output on the insert, there are visible teflon parts, or "sector” - insert is divided into sectors from the side of pasta output (insert photo).
